To Quote A.R.E. of NY Virtual Center Director, Lynne Salomon Miceli, “The end of a year is the beginning of a new year. The end of an era is the beginning of a new era.”

The era of Lynne’s more than thirty years of service to A.R.E. of New York is not ending, just changing. She has graciously asked me to bring my voice to the fore for these e-blasts and programming related tasks. Her voice will continue to resonate as she mentors me, and also participates on our board while handling other responsibilities.

The opening quote I shared from Edgar Cayce’s Reading 1599-1 so beautifully reflects Lynne’s three-plus decades of devotion to this community. “Let me be the channel for helpfulness to others Lord, for others.” Lynne has been and continues to be a channel of light for this organization. In the time that I have known Lynne, words like selflessness, service, dedication, responsibility and compassion come to mind.

Lynne, we are grateful for all that you have brought to this community. You have touched countless lives with your wisdom and love. As you transfer some of your responsibilities to me, may you find time for pursuits that bring personal joy to you. May the Lord return the blessings you have graced us with 1000 fold. Please know that you are loved!

And to all of the members of this wonderful organization, this humble servant hopes to play a small part in bringing you the programming and information that you have come to expect from A.R.E. of New York.

May you and your loved ones have a Joyous and Peaceful 2025

In service and gratitude,

Rev. Dr. Victor Fuhrman
Vice Chair, A.R.E of New York Board of Directors
