Polarity Therapy seeks to bridge the full spectrum of body, mind and spirit: the body is designed by nature to heal itself. Your life is a living pattern of how you meet, relate to, hold, and express energy. This energy has attributes, qualities and consciousness. When energy is unbalanced, blocked or fixed due to stress or other factors, pain, dysfunction or dis-ease can arise. This may be on the physical, emotional or mental level of one's experience. Polarity Therapy seeks to find the blockages and release energy to normal flow patterns, and to maintain the Energy Field in an open, flexible condition. In Polarity Therapy, health is viewed as a reflection of the condition of the energy field. Therapeutic methods are designed and applied to balance the energy field for health benefit.
Who Can Benefit From A Polarity Session? Anyone who desires greater ease, clarity, freedom, movement, balance, engagement, or creative expression with their life.
