Jo’s service offers you:

  • An opportunity to connect and talk freely, knowing you ARE being heard.
  • Insightful understanding, compassion and loving feedback where appropriate—without judgment, advice, criticism, or missed-understanding.

The desire to serve this way was inspired in Jo by the COVID-19 pandemic and the death of George Floyd, especially as these have impacted the tri-state area.

Jo Laverne Pearson

Jo says: This is my heartfelt opportunity to do my part toward the betterment of the whole.

COVID-19 has changed the very fabric of existence on Earth, bringing new awareness to our life choices and lifestyles. It appears there’s no returning to life as it was–but we can see this as an opportunity to create a better world.

The killing of George Floyd—and so many other unnecessary deaths—have brought to consciousness the underlying failures of justice and civil rights in this nation and the world. These events have deeply affected not only people of color but all who are discriminated against—and in fact, all of us. There can be no lasting peace when some are denied rights to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.”

So much change to process! And with social distancing, we have little opportunity to have whole person exchanges; real holistic connection that is vital to our well-being. The combination of global pandemic, tragic events and sweeping social turmoil may bring, on the one hand, stress, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and for some, a feeling of hopelessness.

On the other hand, these events inspire deep reflective assessment as to what is really important and possible in life—and to some, seem to be a catalyst for holistic transformation. Many of us need a way to express what we’re experiencing–to gain some level of comfortable understanding, or simply to find compassion and support.

Jo LaVerne Pearson is an active listener and uses multiple gifts to hear and interpret energy, allowing her to journey deeper than the surface of the vibration of the speaker’s words. Her whole person approach in exchanges with people brings empowering and healing results (results supported by client testimonies).
