“An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”  It’s the simple things we can do to take our health into our hands and determine what our destiny may be. Join Dr. Jean Paul (JP) Amonte, Lead Instructor and Clinician of Edgar Cayce’s ARE, for an informative and interactive seminar on the Cayce-based approach to a healthy heart and preventing dementia.

Dr. Amonte will also share his insights in comparing the Cayce readings with the current research of modern medicine. He will explain the connection between your mental/emotional state and your physical health, along with MANY tips on how to prevent heart disease and cognitive decline.

Dr. Amonte will also touch on holistic approaches to immunity and share his recent personal experience in this regard.

Please note: This event will be recorded, and the recording shared with all event registrants. If you interact in the workshop (via questions or comments) your voice, your video feed if you choose to turn it on, and your profile name and profile photo, if available, may end up being a part of the recording. You can adjust in your Zoom account’s settings (prior to joining the event) the information you want to have visible for you, and you have full control over whether your personal video feed is turned on or off at any point during the event and whether you chose to share or interact in any way. For more info on Zoom meetings please see the Zoom website.

When taking questions from the audience, we may give precedence to those audience members who use the “raise hand” icon (located by clicking on “Reactions” at the bottom of the Zoom screen) and would like to ask their question out loud. If you do not want your voice recorded, you may submit your question via “Chat” and we’ll do our best to include it.
