At last Monday’s Board Meeting, Anton Baraschi was elected to serve on the Board for a three-year term. He is a visionary teacher and practitioner of Bioenergy Healing who has already donated his time and talents at the Center, helping to renovate the bookstore and to process the backlog of Memberships left after the passing of Ken Klein. He brings construction project management skills as well as non-profit Board experience to our Board. Read more about Anton and his Bioenergy Healers’ Group in the latest issue of The Open Door p. 5-7.
Carol Schneider, who served on the Board for three years, most of that time as Board Secretary, has resigned. We are so grateful for her dedicated service during a time of challenges and transition. Fortunately for us, she will continue to write her excellent Mother Nature’s Remedies column for The Open Door. Read her latest here on p. 10-11.
Please join me in welcoming Anton and in thanking Carol. Board Member Kev O’Kane now fills the office of Secretary. I am thankful for his generous and selfless service, and for that of my Board colleagues Lynne Miceli, Catherine O., Lucas Boladian and Maureen St. Germain.
