The Cayce readings often advised seekers to look to Nature as an example, a teacher—as each animal, bird, flower or insect fulfilled its purpose and, in doing so, glorified the Divine.
The readings often also recommended time spent in Nature as an element in the process of healing certain conditions:
“Then the daily activities: keep in the open air—sea, sand and pines. These should be a regular routine for the body when weather permits at all, because the assimilation of the pine oils, especially during the early spring and summer season, will add materially to the activities through the respiratory system—as the other applications are made.”

“Plenty of outdoor exercise, lightly taken, see? but be outdoors as much as possible.”

The chakra system in these bodies we were given, connects us to the Earth. Many of us can feel her through our feet or root chakra.
The Earth is our home, our Mother, our teacher and our healer.
This year, the theme of Earth Day is Invest in Our Planet. How? Earthday.org offers 52 Ways to Invest in Our Planet. (https://www.earthday.org/earth-day-tips/).
“Investing” doesn’t necessarily involve money. We can invest time or a bit of effort. Some of the suggested ways of investing in Mother Earth include switching to paperless billing, picking up trash while you jog, or eating less meat.
We can all do something to care for this beautiful Earth.
